  I recently had a wedding in Carmel Valley and used Main Event Transportation as our primary shuttle service. They were prompt to respond to emails and all details leading up to my big day. The drivers that were assigned to us were both friendly and knowledgeable. Ash especially was super kind in ensuring our timeline was followed and all guests were picked up accordingly. Would definitely recommend it.

  We used Main Event for a wine tasting day in Carmel. Our driver, Ramesh, was awesome—he arrived slightly earlier than our pick-up time (which we thought was great) and he was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We really didn't have to think about anything and were able to just enjoy the day. Also, their rates are competitive—we booked with them but then later found other quotes for less, and they were willing to match the other quotes. It was a great experience all around and we'd definitely use them again.

  We used Main Event to shuttle our friends and relatives from a hotel to Gardener Ranch (our wedding venue), in Carmel Valley, and they were perfect. I had to change itinerary a few times prior, and they quickly got back to me, and made the changes I wanted. The driver was very courteous and timely, and everyone who came with him to the event and back really enjoyed him. They discussed when they would be picked up with him, and he let them know when he would arrive, and he was there when he said he would be. This is how a business should be run.

  We booked a private tour of the Pacific Coast Highway with an SUV. Our driver Nicholas was professional and competent in every way. We got to see all the best sights without worrying about directions or parking thus making efficient use of our limited time. He waited while we had dinner and drove us home after we had some lovely food and wine.

  Cannot say enough about Main Event! As a corporate event planner and liaison to the Board of Directors for my company, I was planning our June Board meeting in Carmel Valley. I called Main Event on a Friday afternoon and not only were they able to provide me with an executive shuttle, the price was exactly what I was expecting and their customer service was great. They sent me the online confirmation for the service within two hours and I got everything set up over the weekend. The shuttle was very nice as this was my Board of Directors and their spouses who would be on it. The driver was considerate and professional. The final invoice was exactly what we discussed and we got wonderful service. We would definitely use them again for Board events!
